Description

Separating large beads are larger than regular agarose beads (160-250 µm) to facilitate the coupling of cells, organelles and enzymes. Affinity-purified lentil lectin (LCA/LCH) is immobilized on 4% agarose macrobeads to give the lectin structure and stability.
