Description
Cy3 can show Lens culinaris (Lentil) lecectin (LCA/LCH) binding patterns in cellular imaging and flow cytometry.Cy3 is more light tolerant than many other fluorophores and can be seen with TRITC filter sets. It is usually used in combination with a green fluorescent dye for double labeling.
