Additional information

Samples cannot be subjected to heat denaturation as KAT1 protein will aggregate and not enter the gel, Use of membrane fraction is recommended

Description

KAT1(potassium channel protein) is triggered by ABA in epidermal and protective cells. After ABA removal, KAT1 circulates back into the plasma membrane. KAT1 belongs to the K+ channel of the Shock family.
