Description

Cy3 can be used to visualize binding patterns of iris hybrid lectins (IRAs) in cell imaging and flow cytometry. Cy3 is more stable than many other fluorophores and can be seen with TRITC filters. It is often used in combination with green fluorescent dyes for double labeling.
