Description

ICE1 (Inducer of CBF expression 1) is a negative regulator of brassinolide signal transduction pathway and is important for plant growth. Phosphorylation and increased proteasome degradation of BZR1 and BZR2/BES1. BHLH150, beet roll top virus C4 and tomato Mosaic virus AC4 are phosphorylated on threonine and serine residues. Based on brassinolide signaling, stomatal development is inhibited by phosphorylation and inhibition of MAPKK kinase YDA and MAPK kinase MKK4 and MKK5.
