Description
His-Tag is a multi-histidine tag introduced by 3 or 6 histidine residues into the N or c terminus of a protein. This multi-histidine tag can be used for specific antibody detection of recombinant proteins, and it does not bind to any dye or enzyme. DyLight 594 has an Amax = 593 nm and an Emax = 618 nm.
