His-Tag is a multi-histidine tag introduced by 3 or 6 histidine residues into the N or c terminus of a protein. This multi-histidine tag can be used for specific antibody detection of recombinant proteins, and it does not bind to any dye or enzyme. DyLight 488 Amax = 493 nm, Emax = 519 nm.
