Description
Hippeastrum hybrid lectin (HHL) is labeled with tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) and combined with the appropriate amount of fluorescent dye to provide the optimal staining properties of this lectin. TRITC is a bright orange or red fluorescent dye whose excitation is well suited to the 532nm laser line. Tritc-labeled HHL can be used for cell imaging applications.
