This antibody is also recognizing recombinant HDA6 overexpressed with GST or MBP in western blot.ChIP is done according to Saleh et al. (2008).

Description

HDA6(Histone deacetylase 6) is an enzyme (EC=3.5.1.98) responsible for the deacetylation of the n-terminal lysine residues of the core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). Involved in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression and developmental events. Not detected in leaves, stems, flowers, and young buds. Induced by jasmonic acid and ethylene.
