Description

Hcf101 is a novel protein required for photosystem I biogenesis. Hcf101-1 is a high chlorophyll fluorescent hcf (Arabidopsis thaliana) mutant lacking photosystem i, where levels of this protein are stimulated by light in green tissue and the protein is not detected in roots. It has been localized in the chloroplast stroma.
