Hazelnut Protein Rapid Kit

The Hazelnut Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunolayer chromatography lateral flow test used to screen for the presence of hazelnut protein residues in foods, ingredients, in situ cleaning (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental swabs.

The Hazelnut Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that utilizes antibodies that specifically detect hazelnut proteins. When hazelnut protein reaches the limit of detection (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: a control line, a hook line, and a test line. One control line ensures that the test is working properly, and the other two lines list undetectable, low and high levels of hazelnut protein.
