Cellular [compartment marker] for plasma membranetissue specific immunolocalization is done on paraffin emdedded samples as described here,VERY IMPORTANT: please, do not heat up your samples over 70°C as this might cause H+ATPase to precipitate and there will be no signal on your western blot
Plasma membrane H+ ATPase is a family of approximately 100 kDa proteins thought to be found only in the plasma membranes of plants and fungi. Proteins are fixed within the biofilm, creating an electrochemical gradient that acts as an energy source and is essential for the absorption of most metabolites and for the plant's response to the environment, such as leaf movement.
