Description

The gst tag (glutathione S-transferase) is a tag that is added to the protein of interest as a fusion protein and cannot be purified and detected. The label is 220 amino acids long, about 26 kDa, which is quite large compared to Myc or FLAG labels. The antibody is directly coupled to ALP.
