Additional information

This antibody is recognizing both, large (GltB) and small (GltD) subunits of NADPH-dependent glutamate synthase

Description

Nadh-dependent glutamate synthetase (GltBD) is involved in the biosynthesis of glutamate and consists of a large subunit (GltB, 168 kDa) and a small subunit (GltD, 54 kDa). It is necessary for non-photorespiratory ammonia assimilation.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
