Additional information

According to Borovskii et al. 2019, dehydrin detection level can be increased by obtaining a thermostable fraction.

Description

Dehydrogenin is a stress protein involved in the protective response of plants against dehydration. They are typically synthesized during the drying of mature seeds, as well as in the vegetative tissues of plants treated with abscisic acid or exposed to environmental stressors that cause cell dehydration.
