Corn Trypsin Inhibitor (CTI) forms a one-to-one molar complex with target proteases and is useful for distinguishing between the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation cascades.
Description
Corn trypsin inhibitor (CTI) was purified from sweet corn by a combination of gel filtration, ion exchange and affinity chromatography. This is a chilled liquid buffered in 0.02M Tris-HCl; 0.15 minashi; pH value 7.4
