Coconut Protein Rapid Kit

The Coconut Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test used to screen for the presence of coconut protein residues in foods, ingredients, in situ cleaning (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental swabs.

The Coconut Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that specifically detects antibodies to coconut proteins. When coconut protein reaches the limit of detection (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: a control line, a hook line, and a test line. One control line ensures that the test is working properly, and the other two lines delineate undetectable, low and high levels of coconut protein.
