Description

The CBP label is derived from myosin light chain kinase, which contains 26 amino acid residues and has a molecular weight of 4 kDa. The label is characterized by a high affinity for calmodulin (CaM), which makes it possible to purify the cbp labeled protein from crude cell extracts using resins with CaM affinity. The antibody allows detection of the cbp labeled protein.
