Additional information

The antibody 9E10 can be used to detect the c-Myc tag

Description

c-Myc is derived from Myc proto-oncogene protein. c-Myc protein is a transcription factor (nuclear localization). c-Myc is usually activated in a variety of tumor cells and plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and cell cycle progression. Using short peptide as epitope tag, it can be easily recognized by tag-specific antibody. This is a universal test reagent that can detect any protein that contains the c-Myc label.
