Description

BiP2 (Binding immunoglobulin protein, binding immunoglobulin protein) is located in endoplasmic reticulum lumen (ER) and participates in protein assembly in the ER. BiP proteins are abundant under all growth conditions, but their synthesis increases with the accumulation of unfolded peptides in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). DyLight 594 has an Amax = 593 nm and an Emax = 618 nm. DyLight is a registered trademark of Thermofisher Inc. and its subsidiaries.
