Additional information

The clarity and resolution of protein bands were validated using denatured SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining. Using specificity β - Immunoblotting with actin antibody was used to detect the integrity of the protein.

Application

The total protein can be immediately used for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, SDS-PAGE, isoelectric focusing gel and SDS capillary electrophoresis, enzyme activity analysis, gel transfer test, protein protein interaction and tissue specific expression.

Description

Apple total protein (protein lysate) is isolated from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor. Tissues are homogenized in protein lysis buffer supplemented with a cocktail of protease inhibitors to minimize proteolysis and precisely quantified.
