Application
This product is used for rapid extraction of total animal and plant proteins for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and Western blot analysis and protein activity determination.
Description
The extraction process is very simple, homogenization and centrifugation, the whole process only need ten minutes.
Using a unique gentle cleavage composition, the protein maintains its natural activity.
Suitable for a variety of animal and plant tissue materials, including fresh or frozen materials.
The extracts obtained can be directly used in downstream experiments such as SDS-PAGE, 2D electrophoresis, Western blot analysis and protein activity determination.
About 100mg of sample can be processed at one time, enough for dozens of SDS-PAGE mini gel electrophoresis assays.
