Almond Protein Rapid Kit

The Marzipan Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test used to screen for the presence of marzipan residues in food, ingredient, Clean in Place (CIP) final flush water and environmental swabs.

The Almond Protein Rapid Kit uses a lateral Flow device (LFD), an immunochromatographic test that specifically detects antibodies to amygdala. When the marzipan reaches the limit of detection (LOD), a positive result is shown by the presence of three lines: the control line, the hook line, and the test line. One control line ensures that the test is working properly, while the other two lines outline undetectable, low and high levels of marzipan.
