Agaricus bisporus Lectin (ABA/ABL) - Biotinylated

Cat: PL00067
Size: 1 mg/2 mg
Sugar Specificity: Galactoseβ1-3N-Acetylgalactosamine
Datasheet:

Description

Biotin is a small molecule involved in a variety of metabolic processes. This ligand forms complexes with affinogens and streptavidins, leading to the strongest known non-covalent protein-ligand interaction. Biotinylated Agaricus bisporus lectin (ABA/ABL) binds to the appropriate amount of biotin to provide optimal detection properties when using affinity hormone- hrp or chain affinity hormone- hrp couplers. Biotinylated ABA/ABL can be detected more sensitively in ELISA and Western-blotting applications.
