Description

Aminoglycoside 3 'adenosine transferase is an enzyme with nucleotide transferase activity. Tobacco plasmid transformation involves the expression of aadA boxes, which confer resistance to macromycin and streptomycin and allow for transformation selection. The antibody is directly coupled to biotin.
