Description

GRF (General regulation factor 2) or 14.3.3's is a 30KDa protein involved in the interaction of a protein with a target that contains a phosphorylated target. Functions of 14.3.3 include acting as a connector or scaffold, stimulating protein-protein interactions, altering target protein activity, causing conformational changes in target proteins, regulating subcellular localization, and facilitating transport (e.g. nuclear import/export and transport in the intima system). Multiple apparently unrelated biological activities, including roles in development and signal transduction - brassinolacton-mediated signaling pathways.
