Description
2bp deletion
Target Information
Target Name MAP3K6
Gene Abbr. MAP3K6
Gene ID 9064
Full Name mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 6
Alias ASK2, MAPKKK6, MEKK6
Species Human
Genomic Locus chr1:27364344
Transcript NM_004672
WT Expression Level 8.39 TPM (TPM = Transcripts per million; any value less than 3 is considered non-expressing)
Introduction This gene encodes a serine/threonine protein kinase that forms a component of protein kinase-mediated signal transduction cascades. The encoded kinase participates in the regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
