Sales Manager, Dendrimer
Role Summary
CD BioSciences is currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our dendrimer products and customized services to a variety of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and academic researchers. Candidates with no work experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of dendrimer products and related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the science behind our products and services.
- Through external and internal consultation, develop new customers and maintain continuous contact with existing customers.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure that our products meet the specific needs of each customer and play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate across departments and utilize internal resources appropriately.
- Operate effectively in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-focused attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in organic chemistry, materials science, or another related field.
- Strong understanding of dendritic macromolecular chemistry and its potential applications in various industries.
- Talent with great potential in sales, demonstrating strong collaborative behavior and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, presentation, oral and written, in addition to excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
